- Shipping Policy
All domestic orders are shipped via DHL, Correos or UPS within 5-15 business days after the order has been placed. Shipping’s have no cost for the customer. WE ONLY SELL/ SHIP TO EUROPEAN COUNTRIES. CULTURA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RETURN OF ANY ITEM. CULTURA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING ERRORS MADE ON THE PART OF THE PURCHASER. A 15% restocking fee will apply to any purchases returned to our warehouse due to customer error. Please note that orders shipped with a FREE SHIPPING, and then returned for refund, will be charged a 19€ fee for shipment costs.
