Shipments are free!

When you purchase CULTURA shoes through our website, you are paying the ultimate price, with taxes included and no extras shipment cost.

Shipments are made via DHL.

Order tracking.
As soon as we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number, so you can follow your shipment at all time.

Delivery times.
We ensure that your order will be delivered to your home within 3 to 7 working days.

Our warehouses.
They are spread between Mallorca, Barcelona and Berlin. According to stock, they will come from a warehouse or another. If you want to change the item you can send it to any of our warehouses. Or simply contact us and give it to us in hand.

Free size change.

If the size do not fit perfectly, you can change the shoe for a new size. Please note that we are a small workshop and it is posible we do not have the size required for change in stock at that moment, in that case you can choose:

-Change it for another model (receiving or paying the price difference)

-A refund of the full price.

-Wait for a new collection or new stock.

Return times:
You have 15 working days, from the day your shoes arrives, to notify and send the article back.
Once the item arrives to our warehouse, we will send the required size. We will make our best to deliver your new shoes within 3 to 7 working days from the day we receive the item.

Process to change size or model.
You can send the item back to any of our stores at your convenience: Mallorca, Barcelona and Berlin. You must pay the return shipping costs. The re-hipment of the item in the appropriate size or model, is completely free.

We are a small company and we ask our customers to understand that we can not afford the high costs of logistics to offer a completely free return, but we are working to improve it to give a better service in the near future.

As we want to make it easy for our customers, you can contact us to arrange a personal change, if you find yourself in the vicinity of one of our 3 warehouse: Mallorca, Barcelona and Berlin.

For best fit we recommend sizing down a full size.

The black Ramis winter model, because of the interior sheepskin, are smaller, so we recommend purchasing the bigger size, but must take into account that after the use of the boot, this will be adapted to the form of your foot, reaching a natural comfort.

At the moment we only accept payments with Paypal, we are working to provide other methods.
